Our services are highly flexible. We can accommodate a team of 2 to 500. 

We can accommodate your stay from one night to 24 months, depending on your requirements.

We have professional trade accommodation throughout the UK and work with partners to provide accommodation in or nearby to all major towns and cities.

We can find you suitable accommodation with as little as 12 hours’ notice. We will utilise our extensive database and relationships with estate agents, private landlords and self-catering accommodation providers to quickly secure a tailored solution to your specific requirements

To make a booking through us, you will need a credit or debit card available to secure your booking, along with your name, billing address (that the credit or debit card is registered to) and of course the dates you require and leave the rest to us!

A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided to us, confirming the accommodation and dates booked, the discounted rate secured as well as the flexible booking terms.

After booking, all utilities including gas, electricity, and water are included, in addition to there being no cap on gas, electricity, water, TV, or internet usage. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

You will not be required to pay any additional expenses with us, unless you request an additional service such as another parking space, however, this will be organised beforehand.
Overall, the price you pay after booking is inclusive of all of our facilities and cleaning services that we provide.

If you wish to amend any part of your booking, just let us know and we can rearrange your booking accordingly. Details on how to cancel your reservations can also be found in your Booking Confirmation, which details your cancellation policy.

Arrival and Departure

All guests can access their apartment from 3:00PM on the day of arrival.

Check-in is self-service and you will be given a smart key to enter the building or property.

Early check in is available subject to availability and an early check-in fee. Contact our guest services team to book.

All guests must leave their apartment from 10:00 on the day of departure.

Late check out is available but is subject to availability and a late check out fee. Contact our guest services team to book.

About your Lodging

Yes, the beds are made with fresh linen for your arrival. If you are staying over a month, there is monthly housekeeping. If you are staying a shorter period but would like additional housekeeping we can arrange this for a small fee.

Yes, we have free fast business grade broadband in every property.

Yes, all of our accommodations come with a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, and kettle. Crockery such as plates, bowls, and mugs, as well as cutlery, are also included.

Each one of our accommodations is equipped with both a washer and dryer, offering all contractors the avoided hassle of additional expenses at a laundrette.

Each one of our accommodations offers free parking spaces at the accommodation itself. We can also help to secure nearby parking for extra vehicles if required.
